ATOS Q: the performing leader of
industrial 3D scanning

A solution for 3D scanning complex evaluation and inquiry tasks
Dependable, versatile and compact
Portable, precise and versatile: ATOS Q is prepared to come to your shop. It is construced as a flexible 3D scanner for complex measurements and inspection tasks, it fills out all the metrological requirements of many industries. If you combine it with GOM Inspect Suite, it turns into a fast, compact and easy-to-use optical 3D measuring system with real ATOS DNA.

Designed to be used in industry
The ATOS Q 3D scanner was specifically designed for industry use: no matter the conditions, it will deliver full traceable measurement results. ATOS Q is perfectly suited for taking care of any task from the measuring room to production. The optical and electronic systems of the robust scanner which are both splashproof and dustproof make it possible. It is also compact in size and easily operated.
Filled with state-of-the-art technology
ATOS Q 3D scanner is able to capture high quality information fast and with accurate detail and therefore it provides a dependable basis for data analysis. What makes it perfect for measuring reflective surfaces and objects with dents is its Triple Scan Principle. On the other hand, The Blue Light Equalizer boosts the brightness of the light source and transfers uniform, speckle-free light to the projection unit.

Remarkable performance, quick results
The fantastic performance of the ATOS Q 3D scanner is mostly owed to its Blue Light Equalizer and fast data processing. The Blue Light Equalizer permits high-speed fringe projection and is so capable tp achieve short measuring times that is doesn't matter if the surfaces are optically uncooperative. And what allows for high data throughput are the industrial ports with fiber optic cables and robust plug-in connections.
Fast precision with Blus Light Technology
The exact fringe patterns are projected onto the surface of the object and are caught by two cameras which are based on the stereo camera principle. The interfering ambient light will be filtered out during image acquisition thanks to GOM's projection technology which works with narrow-band blue light.
Exceptionally versatile and prepared for
any challenge
The compact ATOS Q 3D scanner is remarkably versatile: It conducts complex inspection and measurement tasks
in manual and semi-automated operation.
.
Creating quality with various measuring volumes
High-precision measurements of small to medium-sized parts are ensured by the ATOS Q's interchangeable lenses. Altering from the smallest to the biggest measuring volume becomes easy thanky to the fixed camera position.
Atos Q brings quality
- For additively manufactured parts
- For injection-molded parts and plastic
- In investments casting processes, sand casting and
pressure die casting
- On drawing, bending, pressing, punching and
forming process chains
